NxEdge Announces Appointment of David Rabago as General Manager of Secondary Market Group

SEATTLE [October 9, 2006] -- Jackson Chao, president and CEO of NxEdge, Inc., today announced the appointment of David Rabago to the position of General Manager of NxEdge Secondary Market Group (SMG) in Austin, Texas.

Rabago brings over 30 years experience in operations, field service, product management, and sales in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining NxEdge, he held notable positions at AMD, GCA, Anelva, and SSC. In his most recent role as Operations Manager for NxEdge, Rabago more than doubled the annual revenue of the Novellus refurbishment business over a two-year time span.
