NxEdge Acquires SPARES, LLC of Austin, Texas

BELLEVUE, Wash. (November 5, 2004) -- NxEdge, Inc. today announced the acquisition of SPARES, LLC, a secondary source for new, used, and pre-owned semiconductor equipment out of Austin, Tex. The new synergy will enhance the current product and service offering of NxEdge to customers in the semiconductor industry.
