In entering new markets, we seek to leverage our existing capabilities or add highly synergistic capability. Rotatable sputtering target for solar energy application is a clear example of identifying new application needs for our existing capability. Beyond solar energy, NxEdge is exploring opportunity to leverage our world-class thermal spray capability to server markets beyond semiconductor component and architectural glass.

Two main factors are driving our push for accelerated global presence: Global supply chain consolidation at our key customers and high demand for our products in emerging countries such as China. With timely geographic expansion, NxEdge aims to become a strategic global supplier to its core customer base and capitalize on high demand growth from emerging countries.
