NxEdge Board of Directors is composed of seasoned business leaders, each with a global business network that provides strategic advantages for our continued growth. Over and above the requisite governance and guidance, our Board members share a passion for creating value through strategic partnership with our customers and optimization of our operations.

Jackson Chao
President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Chao brings over 18 years of world-class operations, engineering, and risk management expertise to lead the strategic direction of NxEdge. Prior to founding NxEdge, Mr. Chao held engineering positions at KLA-Tencor, followed by a 10-year tenure at Boeing where he served as Director of Operations for the Boeing 777 program, responsible for over $9 billion in annual aircraft deliveries, then as Vice President of Commercial Aviation Services. In 2000, Mr. Chao joined DCM-Doll Capital Management, a leading venture capital firm in Silicon Valley, as Entrepreneur in Residence. Mr. Chao received his BSEE from UC Berkeley, MSEE from MIT, where he was a Leaders For Manufacturing Fellow, and MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Dan Dahl

General Partner, DCM-Doll Capital Management

A twenty year veteran of the semiconductor industry, Mr. Moran currently anchors DCM-Doll Capital Management investments into semiconductor and component companies, where he has been a partner since 1999.

Prior to joining DCM, Mr. Moran built his career through several facets of the industry: from Semiconductor Equipment to Semiconductor Manufacturing, from management consulting to technology development to components distribution. Most recently, Mr. Moran helped launch and then lead the Computer Products business for Arrow Electronics, the world's largest distributor of electronic and computer products.

Prior to Arrow, Mr. Moran worked at McKinsey & Co. in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Singapore, and Munich, where he managed engagements with a wide range of electronics and communications industry clients. Preceding McKinsey, he worked with Hewlett-Packard to improve manufacturing efficiency and control of high performance analog and mixed signal semiconductors and, prior to HP, also helped manage the growth of KLA Instruments' wafer inspection division from infancy to worldwide market leadership.

Mr. Moran received his BSME and MSME from Stanford University. He also earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management, and MSEE from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was a Leaders For Manufacturing Fellow.

Scott Kwon
Private Investor

Mr. Pruskowski is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years experience in the technology sector. He is active in the investment community, lending his expertise in the area of mergers and acquisitions.

In 1996, Mr. Pruskowski was the founding CEO of CacheFlow, Inc., a venture-backed provider of Web caching appliances. Here, he spearheaded initial business planning and fund raising, which culminated in over $14M of investment in both private and venture capital funding. Prior to this, Mr. Pruskowski co-founded InterConnections, Inc., a provider of networking software that connected minicomputers with PC LANs, which was later acquired by EMULEX Corporation.

Mr. Pruskowski currently serves as a consultant, and is on the Board of number of privately held companies, where he provides guidance in the areas of business development, strategy, partnering, M&A, and technology development.
